Bench configuration
Describe the positions and adjustments you need your reviewer to evaluate. Ask for the configuration drawing of the proposed bench and identify any separate items shown in reference images.
Use with other equipment
Supply the dimensions of the surrounding training setup and identify the equipment you want assessed alongside the bench. Request written confirmation for the proposed arrangement rather than inferring fit from a photograph.
Inspection brief
Ask for the stated use limits, assembly instructions and adjustment details. Create a sample checklist covering the positions and dimensions in your request, and keep an agreed drawing with the purchasing record.
Retain the bench reference
Where the bench will be used with other equipment, keep the surrounding layout with the bench inquiry. Ask the supplier to identify any proposed change to the bench arrangement or adjustment positions. Have your reviewer assess the revised information against the original intended setup and record the selected configuration before discussing the packing requirements.
Prepare the bench enquiry around the exercises and room arrangement your purchasing team intends to review. Ask for the offered bench description, assembly instructions and stated use restrictions. Where other training equipment is involved, identify it separately and request clarification of the proposed arrangement. Record sample observations against the bench configuration actually examined before comparing it with another proposal.
