Training arrangement

Layout and assembly

Provide room dimensions and restrictions on installation access. Request a layout drawing and assembly instructions for the proposed configuration, including the space your reviewer should allow around it.

Configuration review

Ask for the complete item list, operating limits and maintenance information. Mark requested accessories separately and compare the sample or configuration drawing with that item list before selecting the order scope.

Review every pictured component against the written proposal. Ask the supplier to mark which items form part of the proposed configuration and which are separate requests. If the layout drawing changes after review, check the supplied item list again and keep the installation questions with the updated drawing rather than the earlier image.
