Riding layout
Describe the posture and adjustment needs of the intended users. Include reference images where useful, and ask for the proposed bike's adjustment details before deciding whether the layout suits your brief.
Space and delivery access
Supply the available floor space, storage requirement and access restrictions. Request assembled and packed dimensions so your purchasing team can assess the proposal against the intended room and delivery route.
Product review
Ask for the model's operating instructions, stated user limits and assembly requirements. Record which controls and adjustments your sample reviewer should examine; keep those requests separate from any assumptions about resistance equipment.
Compare the bike proposal
When a bike is proposed, ask the supplier to identify any difference from your required riding layout. Compare the dimensions and adjustment information against the intended users and room plan. Keep a sample comment about a particular control or adjustment separate from the general assortment approval, and request revised documents if the proposed configuration changes.
For the bike sample review, prepare a checklist covering access to the seat, handlebar positioning and the controls you want users to examine. Ask for photographs of the proposed configuration alongside its assembly instructions. If several bikes are being compared, record each proposal separately so a comment about one riding position is not transferred to a different frame or adjustment layout.
