Build the assortment
Separate equipment families into individual inquiry lines. Mark which items are essential for your launch and which are alternatives, so an answer for one family is not mistaken for an answer covering the whole assortment.
Describe the use setting
State whether the intended setting is a home, shared exercise room or another space. Provide your installation area, user requirements and any restrictions on access, storage or assembly.
Collect the product documents
Ask for a model-specific specification and packing information for each proposed item. Review dimensions, use instructions and the proposed configuration against your brief before selecting a sample.
Keep the fitness list traceable
Give each requested fitness item a reference in your assortment sheet. When a proposed model changes, ask for the revised specification and packing information against that reference. This lets the buyer review a change to one treadmill or bench without accidentally treating it as a change to the rest of the equipment list.
